Ingredients
Bottom Layer:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
Centre Layer:
- 1 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
Top Layer:
- 1/4 cup whole coconut milk, canned
Toppings:
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Blend each colour/layer separately in a high-speed blender or food processor. Rinse your blender after each blend to get defined colours. Start stacking.
- For the coconut milk, chill it for 15 minutes and blend it for 2-3 minutes for the fluffiest texture.
- Optional: After blending each layer, pour it into your mason jar and pop it into the freezer while you blend the next layer to ensure the layers don't blend up.
- Top with shredded coconut.
