Are E3Live products certified organic?

Yes. Our products are certified USDA Organic through Oregon Tilth (Client: Klamath Algae Products Inc., dba E3Live). This certification covers wild-crafted Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) and our handling process under the NOP-Wild Crop and NOP-Handling scopes.

Are E3Live products vegan?

Yes. All E3Live Australia products covered under Vegan Australia Certificate #18127 are 100 % vegan and free from any animal ingredients or derivatives.

Are E3Live products non-GMO and gluten-free?

Yes. Every E3Live product is naturally non-GMO, gluten-free, and soy-free, harvested from the pristine waters of Klamath Lake in Oregon, USA.

Where are E3Live products made?

E3Live products are wild-harvested in the USA and bottled or packaged under strict quality control in Klamath Falls, Oregon. E3Live Australia is the official importer and distributor for the Australian market.

How are E3Live products harvested and processed?

Our AFA microalgae are sustainably wild-harvested, flash-frozen or air-dried to preserve nutritional integrity, and never exposed to high heat or artificial additives.

Are E3Live products safe for everyday use?

Yes. When taken as directed, E3Live products are considered safe for daily use. We always recommend consulting your healthcare professional if you have specific dietary or medical conditions.

How should I store E3Live Frozen Liquid?


Keep all E3Live Frozen Liquid bottles frozen until ready to use, then thaw one bottle in the refrigerator. Once thawed, consume within 7–10 days.

How do I defrost E3Live Frozen Liquid

Insider's Tip:

Find one of those plastic ice trays that has a lid (to keep freezer odours out) and fill the tray with your thawed E3Live® (make sure that you measure so that each cube equals one serving for you). Put the tray back in the freezer. When you want to add E3Live® to your juice you can use an "E3Live® Cube" as your serving size.

Are E3Live products suitable for children or pregnant women?

E3Live contains naturally occurring nutrients from wild algae. We recommend that pregnant or breastfeeding women and young children consult their healthcare professional before use.

How Can E3Live Help With My Specific Medical Condition?

As with anything concerning your health, it is best to consult with your healthcare professional prior to consuming E3Live®or E3AFA®if you have any concerns regarding your health or a specific medical condition.

Rewards Program & Subscriptions

How Does the New E3Live Superfoods Rewards Work?

We have partnered with Yotpo Loyalty to administer our new loyalty program. If you are a Newsletter subscriber, as at 8 December 2022, you are automatically enrolled in our new rewards program. Points on purchases are 1 point for every $1.00 spent, excluding GST & Postage. You can redeem your loyalty points via purchases with the value being 100 points = $5.00. New subscribers receive a 25 point bonus upon joining our rewards program. Just click the E3Live Superfoods Rewards link at the bottom of each page of our website. How Do Subscriptions Work?

It’s simple, convenient and easy to manage. Save 15% on auto-deliveries: Subscribe to receive your E3Live product/s delivered to you automatically and billed to your chosen payment method.

PayPal Only: Subscriptions can only be processed through your PayPal account.

Choose a delivery frequency that suits you: Choose to receive your E3Live product/s once a month, once every 2 months, once every 3 months or once every 4 months.

Easy to manage: Minimum commitment: 2 deliveries, then cancel your subscription at any time.

How To Subscribe?

1. Select the product you want to subscribe to.

2. Select the product size (e.g. 460g, 1kg) and quantity e.g. 1.

3. Select the box “Subscribe and save” and select the delivery frequency from the drop-down menu (choose between once a month to once every 3 months).

4. Click the “Subscribe Now” button to add the product to your cart.

5. Go to your cart/checkout and enter your delivery and payment information.

How To Manage Your Subscription?

1. Select “My Account” (located on the homepage menu) and login with your username/email address and password. If you don’t remember your password click on “lost your password”and follow the prompts.

2. Select “My Subscriptions” from the menu.

3. Under”Actions” you will be able to select from the following options: “Change Address”, “Change Payment”, “Cancel”, “Renew Now”.

4. Under the “Subscription Totals” you will see a list of the products you are subscribed. A red “x” is located on the left hand side of each product should you wish to remove a specific product from your subscription.

Adding Another Product To An Existing Subscription

1. Login to “My Account” (located on the homepage menu) and login with your username/email address and password. (If you don’t remember your password click on “lost your password”and follow the prompts to recover your password)

2. Go to the shop page and select the product you want to subscribe to.

3. Select the product size (e.g. 400g, 1kg) and quantity e.g. 1

4. Select the “Subscribe and Save” option and then select the frequency from the drop-down menu (choose between once a month to once every 3 months).

5. Tick the box under the “Subscribe now” button “Add to an existing subscription?”

6. The option will appear “View” or “Add”. Select “Add” and you will be directed to your subscription dashboard.

7. Select from the “Actions” menu field “Renew Now” and this will direct you to the checkout page to finalise your order and subscription.

How To Cancel Subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab, then in the “Actions’ field click on the “Cancel” button.

If you have multiple products on a subscription and want to remove only a specific product from your subscription: Under the heading “Subscription totals” you will see all products you are subscribed to. Click on the red “x” on the left hand side of the product you wish to remove from your subscription. A window will pop up asking you “Are you sure you want remove this item from your subscription?”. Click “Ok”.

Do Discount Codes Work With Subscriptions?

Discount codes and special offers cannot be used in conjunction with subscriptions. The subscription service already provides a discount and therefore we are unable to provide any further discounts with your subscription. Discount codes and special offers can only be used with a single (one-time) purchase.

Shipping

Does E3Live® Ship Internationally?

Yes. International deliveries (except USA & Canada) are sent by AusPost International Corporate Services and FedEx Express.

What is the Delivery/Shipping Time for E3Live®?

Typically, delivery is made in 2-7 days from the order date. Orders are processed within 24 hours. Deliveries throughout Australia are sent via:

AusPost Corporate Services:

Standard Post (2-7 business days)
Express Post (1-3 business days)

TNT Express:

Road Express (1-3 business days) Overnight Express (1-2 business days)
