Yes. Our products are certified USDA Organic through Oregon Tilth (Client: Klamath Algae Products Inc., dba E3Live). This certification covers wild-crafted Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA) and our handling process under the NOP-Wild Crop and NOP-Handling scopes.

E3Live products are wild-harvested in the USA and bottled or packaged under strict quality control in Klamath Falls, Oregon. E3Live Australia is the official importer and distributor for the Australian market.

Our AFA microalgae are sustainably wild-harvested, flash-frozen or air-dried to preserve nutritional integrity, and never exposed to high heat or artificial additives.

We’ve partnered with Yotpo Loyalty to run E3Live Rewards. It’s free to join. Our E3Live Rewards program is approved and live on Google via Google Merchant Center. You automatically earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on products (after discounts). Points aren’t earned on GST or delivery fees. Yotpo emails point updates regularly. When you want to use points, open the Rewards widget, choose a reward, generate a discount code, and enter that code at checkout. Rewards: $5 off (100 points), $10 off (200 points), $20 off (400 points), $50 off (1,000 points). New members get 25 bonus points when they join.

Delivery timeframes are estimated transit times after dispatch:
- Standard Delivery (FREE): typically 2–3 business days (AusPost Standard)
- Express Delivery ($7.99): typically 1–2 business days (AusPost Express, TNT Express, or StarTrack)
Dispatch days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Dispatch times: Orders placed by 2:00pm Melbourne time (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day (where possible). Orders placed after 2:00pm Melbourne time (Mon–Fri), or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
