Almond-Coconut Bliss Balls

Sweet, nourishing, and perfectly bite-sized, these Almond-Coconut Bliss Balls are a superfood treat you can enjoy anytime. Ground almonds, coconut, and vanilla create a rich, melt-in-your-mouth base, while BlueMAJIK® powder adds a vibrant pop of colour and extra nutritional goodness. A simple, energising snack to keep you glowing throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked in water for at least 8 hours) then ground into almond meal
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
  • 8 drops stevia extract

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Scoop out and roll into tiny balls.
  3. Coat with unsweetened coconut flakes.
  4. Allow to set in freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
