Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Our Promise

At E3Live Australia, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and dependable service. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you simply wish to return eligible items, you may do so free of charge within 180 days of delivery.

All refunds and returns are handled by E3Live Australia in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Your statutory rights are protected and not limited by this policy.


2. What Can Be Returned?

Frozen liquids (e.g. E3Live®, BrainON®, BrainON® Supreme) Unopened and kept frozen
Powders & capsules Unopened and stored cool/dry

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for a free replacement or full refund—even if opened—provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery and supply photos.


3. How to Start a Return (It’s Free)

  1. Email us: info@e3live.com.au
    • Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if something is wrong.

  2. We’ll email you a pre-paid Australia Post or courier label—there is no cost to you.

  3. Pack & post the item within 14 days of receiving the label.

  4. After we receive or verify the return, choose either:
    • An exchange/replacement, or
    • A full refund to your original payment method.


4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued by E3Live Australia within 10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to finalise the credit. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
