Return Policy
Due to the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched. This includes frozen products, nutritional supplements, and consumable goods.
Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law if your product:

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

Retain the product (store frozen if applicable) while we assess the issue.
We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable or temperature-sensitive products (including frozen liquids, powders, and capsules)

Opened or used products

Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
