Green-A-Colada

Creamy, fruity, and full of greens, this Green-A-Colada is a superfood twist on the classic piña colada. Coconut milk and banana create a rich, smooth base, blended with pineapple and mango for tropical sweetness. A handful of kale adds a boost of leafy nutrition, while E3AFA® powder delivers extra superfood power. Refreshing, vibrant, and energising — it’s paradise in a glass.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coconut milk (young Thai coconuts with meat)
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 cups kale (chopped roughly)
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup mango
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp E3AFA® powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare coconut milk first in high speed blender.
  2. Then add in all other ingredients except ice, and blend thoroughly.
  3. Lastly add in ice and finish blending.
