Ingredients
- 2 cups of your choice of fruit - banana, peach, melon, mango, strawberries, or a mix (use frozen or fresh fruit, add ice if needed)
- 1 cup water (or carrot juice)
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
- 2 RenewME® capsules (can blend capsules and all)
- 2-3 tablespoons of E3Live® liquid
Instructions
- Blend all together until you have a bright green smoothie.
- A fun idea for kids is to pour the finished green liquid into Popsicle molds for a frozen delicious & nutritious treat!
