Mermaid Chia Pudding

Magical, creamy, and packed with superfoods, this Mermaid Chia Pudding is as beautiful as it is nourishing. A spiced chia base pairs with a vibrant blue-green smoothie made from bananas, plant milk, and BlueMAJIK® powder, creating ocean-inspired layers of colour. Finished with grapes, coconut, and crunchy seeds, it’s a fun, wholesome treat that feels like pure mermaid magic in a bowl.

Ingredients

Chia

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • More plant milk
  • 1/4 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder 💙
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina powder (optional)

Topping

  • Handful of green grapes
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Hemp seeds  and pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Make up the chia pudding and place in fridge overnight.
  2. Blend the smoothie ingredients, then pour on top of the chia pudding. Top with grapes,hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
