Ingredients
Chia
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- More plant milk
- 1/4 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder 💙
- 1/4 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
Topping
- Handful of green grapes
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Make up the chia pudding and place in fridge overnight.
- Blend the smoothie ingredients, then pour on top of the chia pudding. Top with grapes,hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
