Ingredients
1 can coconut milk (chilled for 10 mins)
1 scoop of coconut cream
1 cup meat of a young coconut
1/2 tsp peppermint oil or fresh mint leaves
A touch of BlueMAJIK® Powder for that dreamy colour 💙
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze for 6+ hours.
- Blend frozen cubes, scoop into a bowl, and top with shredded raw vegan chocolate.
