For the White Layer:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice
Toppings:
- Fresh blueberries
- Diced apricots
- Pine nuts (or nuts/seeds of your choice)
Step 1
Prepare the Blue Layer:
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, BlueMAJIK® powder, and maple syrup (if using).
- Add chia seeds and mix well. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until thickened.
Step 2
Prepare the White Layer:
- Mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and honey in a separate bowl. Adjust sweetness as desired.

Assemble the Pudding:
- In a glass or jar, layer the BlueMAJIK® chia pudding at the bottom.
- Add the yogurt layer on top.
