Winter Donuts With BlueMAJIK Icing

Cozy up this winter with homemade donuts topped in a vibrant BlueMAJIK® icing. These nutrient-rich treats are more than just colourful—they’re packed with natural antioxidants and plant-based goodness. Perfect for sharing at gatherings or enjoying with a warm drink, this recipe brings a wholesome superfood twist to a classic comfort food.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chocolate protein powder
  • 1.5 t of baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 flax egg
  • 4 teaspoons of butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180. Combine all the wet ingredients in a pot and warm them up slightly to melt the butter. Then I add the pot ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  2. Put them into a donut mould and bake for 10 minutes

Frosting

Frosting was BlueMAJIK® icing powder, butter and almond milk.
