Consume 1 tbsp. or more daily (1 tbsp. = 15mL).

We recommend a serving of 1 tbsp. per day to start, After a week or so, some clients will consume more or less, listen to your body to determine what's best for you.

QUICK AND EASY ICE CUBE METHOD:  individual servings (favorite method)

1.  Pour and Measure: Pour thawed E3Live or BrainON into an ice cube tray or individual serving cups, trays, silicone molds, etc., ensuring each cube equals one serving.

2.  Freeze:  Place the tray or cups into the freezer until the cubes are solid.

3.  Store:  Keep the cubes in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Partial defrost method:

1.  Partially defrost the bottle in the refrigerator, or for quick defrosting, place the bottle in cool water for 15 minutes.

2.  Pour out enough for a 7-day supply.

3.  Return the rest of the bottle to the freezer.

4.  Refrigerated algae stays fresh for up to 10 days.
