Jenny Shima's Favourite Smoothie

Fresh, creamy, and packed with greens, Jenny Shima’s Favourite Smoothie is a nourishing blend designed to fuel your day. Spinach, kale, banana, and mango create a naturally sweet and refreshing base, while chia seeds and plant-based protein add substance. A scoop of your favourite vanilla protein powder plus a touch of BlueMAJIK® powder gives this smoothie a powerful superfood boost with a brilliant pop of colour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or coconut water)
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Banana
  • Frozen mango
  • Mint
  • Chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of a vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 scoop of your favourite green elixir powder
  • 1 tsp of BlueMAJIK® powder

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients.
  2. Top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
