Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cups plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp E3AFA® powder
  • ½ cup coconut yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp puffed buckwheat or granola (for crunch)
  • Drizzle of raw honey or extra maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, plant milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and E3AFA® powder until well combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats and chia to soften.
  3. In the morning, stir well and divide into serving jars.
  4. Top with coconut yogurt, fresh blueberries, puffed buckwheat, and a drizzle of honey or syrup.
  5. Enjoy chilled, straight from the jar!
